Shipping policy

Domestic orders ship FedEx, UPS, or USPS from the manufacturing facility in Osceola, Wisconsin. Orders are usually fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order ships, deliveries to central states typically arrive in 2 to 3 days, and deliveries to either coast typically arrive in 4 to 5 days.

Tracking your order

Once your brace heads out the door, you'll get a tracking number by email so you can watch it make its way to you. If a delivery date comes and goes and nothing's shown up, don't just sit and wonder. Reach out and I'll track it down myself.

How it's packed

Every brace ships in a plain, sturdy box, packed the same careful way whether it's traveling 200 miles or 2,000. Nothing fancy, just something built to hold up in transit so the brace inside is ready to go to work the day it lands on your porch.

Shipping issues

Lost package, damaged box, wrong address, whatever the hiccup, it happens sometimes. If your order doesn't show up the way it should, let me know and I'll get it sorted, no runaround.
