If a brace doesn't work out for you, I want you to feel good about trying it anyway. Every order comes with a 90-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason within that window, reach out and I'll make it right.

Warranty

Every product I sell is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years. Normal wear and tear isn't covered under that warranty. Depending on your situation, I may recommend replacing a brace sooner than 3 years to keep you at the level of support you actually need. Returns

To process your return the right way, I need a Return Authorization (RA) number with every return. Every outgoing shipment includes an RA form. Fill it out and send it back with your return so I can take care of you quickly.
